barracks will not allow move or cancel of crossbowmen

i have too many queued up - so i went to cancel it -- but the only option is Gem... now - these are NOT the top of the list (which currently an R set - also gem only)...

i added MORE R troops and now the crossbowmen are in the MIDDLe but still not cancellable...

can you help me cancel these BEFORE they cook??

Refreshing did not change it.
