Anyone else having problems with general getting intercepted by camp with 110 soldier deserters and 25 cannoneer deserters. I've been intercepted three times and lost 108 Elites and 77 cannoneer. The last time my general was attacking Dark Castle, then was attacking that camp, no warning. Setting up garrison as per guide recommendations.
I have not had any problems. Other than my own errors.
Blocking general makes it by fine, guess I'll quit blocking camp 13.
Sounds to me like you are sending your final attack before killing that center camp... if you do this note the pathing of the generals; the camp if it still exists when you send the DC generals, will follow the path to the left even if the interceding camp (75XB, 100S) is destroyed by the time they get there... be patient and don't send final until that camp between the mountains is eliminated (75XB, 100S).
I've never had any issues with that camp, but I use the Killste guide that doesn't even mention it, except to warn that you need to kill camp 16 before attacking 14 to avoid being intercepted by it.
I have experienced several oddities lately with intercepts, fights that lose but shouldn't, and troops lost in said fights reappearing 1-3 days later.
I'm usually afk when these things happen, but not always. I've managed to retreat a couple of gens who shouldn't have been intercepted on bk but were. Looking at the pathing they were following they should not have been intercepted - and yet.
As to the reappearing troops, it's beyond weird. A few lower end troops here and there and I hardly pay attention to the details beyond the momentary adjustments to deal with the changed situation but....
After getting stung with unanticipated intercepts on both a BK and a VLT in the same day where I lost some cannoneers (124 of them) in the fights I rebuilt enough to be back at my normal level. I do NOT build extras since I rarely lose them until the past week and a half. I built exactly what I lost.
So - a couple of days ago the cannoneers who were killed just showed back up. After the dead guys popped back into the ranks, I'm 124 cannoneers rich in my army. So every time I look - I'm reminded that things are wonky at the moment.
This is being shared for player information - I'm so frustrated with the responses when reporting bugs that I won't be doing that.
I guess someone is bored on the controls lol
Guess I need to watch every attack. How boring. :P
