Since when has anything from the bookbinder not been tradable??

The books? Always.

What I had thought, when first started playing had seen such in trade basically both ways but might of been just say the one and the one later and I'd say I've read a decent amount of change logs and updates and don't recall seeing a change but could of always missed one of course.

When the Science System was introduced in 2013, it was stated in the Dev Diary that "It will not be possible to trade the 3 following resources: Manuscript, Tome, Codex."

Hmmm....could of swore when I had first started playing had seen a manuscript and tome in the trade office. Because I kept trying to get one and put one in since. But they were gone when I checked back and forgot the pricing of such and hadn't really bothered since given I had gotten into say the skills list for the difference. But had say gotten to a settling point and decided to go back and none of such say for either has been seen or found for use. So of such to say, figured I'd ask or mention something, maybe I had missed something over the last month or so.
