Let me sell settlers please

I want to be able to trade the resource named "Settlers"

I have 600k+ in star, and I think that people would be interested in buying and selling this valuable resource.

I would also support this idea. Although crude, it would allow players to trade a bountiful resource to lower level players. Lower level players tend to have problems with creating and receiving more population. It would also create another market item that would be cheap and as previously stated; bountiful

Hmm, would this be the legal immigrant scene? ;) Interesting idea, though I am not sure I would ever sell them, as I'm sitting at just under 900k. Need for troops is too high, and schools not fast enough to keep up! :)
