Any suggestions for Error Message "guiicon_lib/empty.bin"

A fellow Guild member is receiving this message (guiicon_lib/empty.bin) upon trying to login to the game following this week's update. Says she has tried Chrome, Firefox and IE, and has cleared cache and all "usual" steps to try and get past this problem.

Any suggestions as to what she should do to correct this problem? Thank you.
