Secluded Experiments Block Fails

I use this guide for SE:

Since the recent maintenance I have had blocks failing on this adventure.

Camp 31 & 32 and Camp 37 & 38.

The blocked camp does not die when the boss camp falls. Blocker continues until blocked camp dies losing many Elite Soldiers in the process.

Any ideas?

Figured it out.
I went out of order and in each case left a leader in place who I should have killed.
