I think that Magnificent Residence should become upgradeable, It should be expensive to do but possible. Some combination of Beans and Grout.

yes please - especially since u can only fit so many on the islands... and now we have elite barracks, pvp and reg barracks... lottsa troops!
It would be a great way to be able to start placing down some of these nice deco items if I didnt have to have so much space used for Nobles
