Lockout from game
About a month ago, I purchased Gems using Paypal. When my Gems were not credited to my account, I inquired and was told to provide documentation on my purchase, which I did. After about 2 weeks, no action had been taken, so I disputed the Paypal charge so I could get my money back. This caused me to be locked out because of "payment reversal". Since I didn't receive anything for my payment, this seems ludicrous. Any suggestions on how I can get them to unlock the game for me. I have filed several protests to no avail.

I would suggest contacting support, although it sounds like you have already tried. This is how most of the companies in this space operate. Chargebacks result in a ban. If you had any Uplay games, those may be inaccessible as well. They may be willing to restore access with a reversal of the chargeback and perhaps payment of the chargeback fee they were assessed, which doesn't help resolve your original issue.

Same exact thing happened to me today. I opened a support ticket when the gems weren't received and after continued no responses from support I finally did a dispute with PayPal. The same day that PayPal reversed the charges is the same day they finally decided to respond to my support request, and gave me the missing gems, but now my zone is blocked. REALLY frustrated!!!!!!!! And, of course, support is again not responding to me.
