The current price for a medipack (to heal your general instantly) is 495 gems. My feeling is that's so high as to put people off buying them. I spend a fair amount, myself, in the game but even so I've only ever bought 1 or 2 of these, and that's just because I was impatient that day.
No, leave it like it is now or my 200 plus medipacks will lose their value. Oh wait I shouldn't have said that. . . . my 20 medipacks will lose their value.
