So bunch of our guildies got the same thing tonight. We put the voucher code in clicked and waited while the thing was being processed... 5 min later was still processing, 10 min later still processing... well some gave up after that and we got ziltch. Anybody else got nothing?
Or the German Santa decided to neglect some areas in US?
And people who log in through either Steam or Facebook got no voucher at all eh? **** Santa is not screwing around this year. Demanding gramp isn't he?
The voucher code is a one time use thing. The first person gets it, everyone else gets nothing.
I don't have anything in the email I use for this game, ugh... yay another support ticket. And no, it's not in my spam folder and I am set up to receive newsletters both here and on the larger Ubi account.
Found winter newsletters for two other games I play, but not this one :(
I'm still curious as to why I don't get the email in my email account accessed with the computer, but I can see it just fine from the phone app Oo
