in the last day door i opened i had a choice between transcripts, or tomes etc. i chose transscripts. i shhold have gotten 5 trans scripts....i got nothing is this a bug or maybe some how i did it wrong?

I went to open my door today & I noticed that all my doors had closed shut as if I had never opened them @ all. What's up w/ that. I've opened every door every day. Please tell me I don't have to start all over @ the very beginning of the Christmas season. That would suck.
