Thanks for the heads up...really looking forward to being able to stack advs in the star!
One question...A new zone buff relocating the remaining collectibles on the map is now available in the Provision house. Can you provide any details?
Thanks,
Tess
Sounds like a 'reshuffle remaining collectibles and replace at random locations' (respawn any remaining collectibles)...
Hi Tessera,
As Raubhautz pointed out, the new buff will reshuffle the remaining collectibles on the island when applied. This new item is tradeable, can be applied on your home island, on your friends' islands, and all adventure zones. We hope you like it! ;)
See you in-game,

I am curious what is meant by "tropical filter"
Quote:
A tropical filter has been applied in the El Chupacabra, One Step Ahead and Valuable Intel ventures.
guess we've to wait a bit longer to get the COA gens available on the shop, any timeline for this aeyline?
Stackable adventures finally, though I don't feel I need them much any more because the improved star functionality has been very helpful in eliminating most of the issues, but still nice to see.
I'm happy to no longer have to wait three seconds in between buffs.
While it has not yet been formally announced, these games updates / change logs typically require a maintenance period. I would expect one in the morning of January 24th myself (CET time), and plan not to have access to the game for several hours.
Will the new Guild Market be available then too?
WTS 3894 SOTV adv for 1 fish
fairy dust is produced in PH and costs 200 fish+100 bread per buff
the change to 'a threat' is on subquest #2, used to ask to gather/produce 750 plat swords, now asks dama swords
both threat and compass shouldnt be asking for an arabian nights adv though at level 53...
That's why I didn't bother starting those up.
Pity, I liked the arctic mine going back into the star once it was depleted. That is a change I wish they didn't do. The other changes look good.
*Newly acquired specialists can now be sorted by date in the Star Menu*
will this also work with specialists already acquired? The response when buffing will be a welcome addition.
"The arctic iron mine received by opening calendar door 30 will no longer be recurring."
spoilsports...
:)
"Adventures are now stacked in the Star Menu." = THANK YOU!!!
Hope i get a big reward for the arctic mines, had 3 of them. Cost a lot of money in the market!
I would have used arctic mines if I knew about this.
Rah-ro! Not a good sign. Maintenance already extended 2x in increments of 2h.. now no action until 0700 PST. There goes my morning chores. :(
who will drop a mining guide while i'm away.....maintenance extended again
Brokedaworld :(
You can of course still use the arctic mines, just you can't keep placing them on new deposits. Although it no doubt is not what they intended, it really wasn't that much of an exploitable bug - and it required careful management to get the full benefit.
Thus, it's a bit cheeseparing of them to fix it IMHO :D
Alrighty, I like the majority so far with the changes.
The one thing I don't like, is the constant loading of the quest menu every time I log in. I don't want it to pop up automatically; I'd rather open it when I'm ready to do so. Especially when there are collectibles to be gotten, I just get to it immediately.
Is there an option to turn that feature off I'm missing?
Kori
Since the implementation of this Maintenance (24JAN2017), my specialists (in particular, Geologists and Explorers) do NOT 'grey-out' after being sent on their task(s) while the Star Menu is pinned open; if you close the star -or- switch to another tab, the appropriate state of the specialists is displayed, but being forced to tab/switch away from the Specialist Tab basically nullifies the usefulness of being able to pin the Star Menu.
It should be noted in conversations with other players that it is more prevalent on players with lots of specialists than those with fewer; the exact number to which it seems to start occurring, I did not survey.
Buffing without downtime... Best. Thing. Ever.
I'm loving my Fairy Dust! Thanks. :)
