Sound Control Panel

How about a better sound control panel?

Most of the things that sounds are provided for, I never ever want to hear a sound for. But some things, like whispers, I do.

I live with the sounds turned off because of how undesirable some of the sounds are for me.

How about letting us turn sounds on and off with a lot finer control - for instance anything that has a sound flag - should have an on/off switch.

If you really want to get fancy, let us change the sounds used and music used. Provide a menu tool to point to different files on our machines.
