You can post as many questions as your heart desires, but only selected questions will be answered in the Q&A. Good luck!

Hello Settlers,

We received over 5,000 questions submitted by players from our communities worldwide. Considering the amount of effort you have put into this task, we want to provide a detailed Q&A, which will be published at a future date as we explained in the official AMA announcement. Our developers are already selecting questions and preparing their answers, so keep an eye on the game news page for updates regarding the publication of the final Q&A.

Currently we are not taking anymore. AMA answered 175 questions and our last batch we decided to take a bit of a break during the holiday seasons. We will resume them again though, so please do have those questions ready!
