I was recently unable to log into the game/website for a couple days. All troubleshooting completed did not change the result. I then realized just before the issue started I linked my Ubi & Twitch accounts.
Deleting the link resulted in normal login to Settlers. Confirmed that by relinking the same failure occurred. So if anyone having the same issue and you have twitch linked, I'd delete the link till they fix the issue.

still have the same problem here
I have a problem logging in. it tells me Uplay isnt available right now. I use chrome normally, but also tried on firefox. both sites tell me that the site is not secure.
prntscr.com/f20wp4 i then get "sorry an error occured refresh page " prntscr.com/f20xvx
and to contact the site admins.
I hope this issue will be resolved soon as i am a daily player.

I am having trouble logging in, as well. I get the "sorry an error occurred, refresh page". What's going on? I'm a daily player and I do not want to screw up my gem day.

Haven't been able to login the last few hours but working now.
Same thing happening with me, can't login even after refreshing, rebooting, etc.....
