This is happening only today, chat window is missing (see attachment), then i reload and it's back again. Ater an hour since i last was online and load the game, chat window is missing again. Just to remind you to check that in update.

I'm having the same issue
Reloading isn't bringing it back in my case.

3 days now I get on, then lose chat, have tried relogging works some times before losing chat again. this happens over and over, some times can not log into game.
