BROKEN QUEST: Your First Colony - Claim Your Colony

i have a MainQ that has two subquests ... and both are done and green on this quest "tab" ...

but one subquest under this quest shows not done...

i cannot finish or check any of them no MQ or SQ, have no check buttons

MQ - Your First Colony - here i can se two plates of SQ and both are green - showing that SubQuests are Complete
SQ - Claim Your Colony - this one is still showing under the MQ - and has no check buttons and shows as not done - ????? WEIRD
SQ - Build Up Your Defenses - this one is not showing under MQ

... but is even more confusing - in screenshot attachment.

now the subquest that was ok (build your defenses) ... is not done / but locked

the other one is still problematic - done on MQ and not done on subquest tab.
