I got booted transferring from adv to home island. page would not load when i tried to get back in. so i signed out restarted computer, updated flash, deleted cookies. Took over 20 tries to finally log in. Page to game still will not load. Contacted ISP, d/l speed is fine. Any suggestions?

Same here... though they still have about 15m left in their Network Maintenance window where it was published the network/game may be interrupted. Just keep trying.

this is all i got, i've tried chrome, firefox and game browser. the button stays gray.
and the maintenance is done, at least it should be...
Same here - where was this network maintenance published, maintenance is usually Tuesday?
Maintenance says done but still cannot log in to game, gets hung up. Not good.
game hangs up on the checkmark screen....

I'm having the same issue. I tried clearing my cache and cookies, but it didn't work.

Does anyone else have verizon dsl? Because they said it show 3.3mb of downloading capability and 1.7 of uploading capabilty is being used for updates being downloaded.
yea i get server busy bean trying to log in for almost 2 h
im going to just keep trying.

Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE test your updates BEFORE adding them to the system?
It seems like every time you do 'maintenance' the game is down for days while you fix the bugs and errors you added, maybe spend some of that gem money on someone who can check if your next great plan will bring down the game once again?

do not know what others posted. Searching for Firefox entries. Game unplayable since 3 weeks ago - there was a five second delay each time I clicked something. Firefox asked me to stop this game an hour ago since it was slowing my browser. That led me to my second game which said activate adobe flash player (called shockwave). Took a while to discover that adobe flash player upgraded on its own around August 7, and then deactivated itself on Firefox. I told Firefox to activate adobe flash player (shockwave) and it did not hold. The second game made me download adobe flash player again. Then after clicking the download and installing it, I was allowed to activate the August 7 upgraded version in Firefox and it held. Game is flying now as I type this. To activate adobe flash player (shockwave) click the triple horizontal bars top right, select add-ons, click plug-ins, and click always activate the latest version of shockwave.
That fix didnt last long, its back to the same problem as yesterday.Quote:

Yep tried all the usual etc but this is on ubisofts end.
Checked with my friends and they are also cant load.
This is happening on zeus, ares, tso - so its probably all the servers.
Been stuck out for the last 7 hours and stubbornly still trying.
Well, I'm glad to see it's not just me.
Same problem as above - no problem logging in on the home page, but when the game starts to load, the progress bar fills a little bit then stops. If you reload the page it gets a little further. If you manage to fill the entire progress bar, you then get a popup message that tells you to clear your cache, check your modem, or try again later.
Clearing cache & resetting modem has no effect.
