The math doesnt change when they log on the next day.
Only 4% of the players whose normal logon time happens to be when they schedule maintenance are affected.
Here's a thought for the devs - only do maintenance when the fewest people are logged on.

I would recommend learning how to play the game properly and how to ensure you have enough resources in a mine to last at least a day or shutting it down when it gets to like 1k, rather than running it down to 1 and crying when it vanishes because it got empty. That's like driving a car while at the E line and then complain that someone didn't build a gas station in the block where you ran out of gas, while you passed 50 gas stations before running out of gas.Quote:

as long as maintenance doesn't cause loss issues, for gooods or leveling, there should be no reason to have to pause the game.
Turning off production is a bad idea, spawned by complaints from spineless, weak-minded fools who have no foresight and the lack of gumption to pick themselves up after a bad day preferring instead to blame the world for their woes with the expectation that everyone else be inconvenienced to accommodate for their own lack of ability to deal with simple scheduling or even the stoicism to just get the F over it and move on.

It's odd that this survey says pertaining to scheduled maintaince.... what about the maintainces that are not planned? We going vote on that as well or no? (just curious)
Absolutely NO, I've not read all posts so maybe this has been mentioned, but it will completely mess up buffing schedules if all productions are stopped
