As mentioned, there aren't enough Bells and Gingerbread. The Arctic Mine for presents should be an Industrial Mine; it's 2017.
Overall the event is functioning normally and I haven't had any glitches, errors or hanging applications.
From a Trader's perspective the Christmas event is already over. There are almost no coin offers for Presents in the Trade Office and only a handful of Resources for Presents offers. There just aren't enough items or novelties that higher levels want. Second reason is the the Halloween event lingered for too long, many players are still replenishing resources they used during Halloween event.
Why weren't Omni Seeds included?
The Huge Christmas tree should have been inter-active like the Golems. Not saying make it Golem! Maybe collect/earn decor to decorate the tree. Second, the Huge Christmas Tree on our Islands could have been a super limited item that X amount of players could have a chance at winning.
The Event missions with making and dropping presents and gifts is a lot easier and less confusing than it was the Christmas I last played it.
I think that we need to... how do they like to say it; inject liquidity into the economy in the form of a coin subsidy for the purpose of procuring superfluous festivity bestowments. Without the higher level players on-board, the event just isn't the same. I acknowledge that novelty is fleeting and that presenting something completely new and unique for every event is just not practical for many reasons.
