For the christmas quest - searching for presents - I sent my intrepid explorer and my courageous explorer on short searches.
I logged back on a few hours later and they had completed the searches and brougt back presents.
But the quest did not complete. Im sending them out again and will check in the morning to see if their search completes the quest. My regular explorers are on a long search and wont be done until later tomorrow.
I am sorry you have difficulties with completing that portion of the quest. If the problem does not resolve with the new batch, please take a screen shot of both the explorer rewards mail (to show the search information and presents) and the open quest, and submit it with a ticket to customer support. The type of explorer has not matter in past events, nor has anyone else posted a similar problems.
