Once the guild leader has been inactive long enough, the succession process begins.
Assuming that no one accepts:
If the guild leader logs back in, it appears the succession process continues. Can this be stopped?
What happens if if the succession gets to the bottom of the list and no one accepts?
(This is currently happening over on test server).

If the guild leader logs back in they would need to wait for the process to go through everyone, without anyone accepting before it could be stopped. In case all successors decline to take over the guild, the timer of inactivity starts from beginning. If the guild leader is inactive for another 15 days, the whole process starts again.
