I find the info about Easter event confusing as the date for change log says 20th but actual event start on 26th. I think it should have been posted as 2 different posts.
We usually get event start 1.5 - 2 weeks before actual holiday. Is there a reason why the event starts only 4 days prior to Good Friday? Whole point of the event was to get excited about actual holidays. Does this mean Halloween and Christmas event will also start only few days prior???
I have to admit, I'm very disappointed with this upcoming event. Not only it starts later than usual, but is it also cut short?!!?!?!?!
Im guessing content development took longer this time. Maybe they wanted to get it just right to avoid any sort of special maintenance during event. ;)
The removal dates for this event are going to be as followed. Phase 1 will begin on April 16th and the final stage will be on April 26th. I am sorry that the event is starting so close to the Holiday, but it is extending past what most thought the time frame would be for it. I know it was little information that was given as well for the end time of the event.Quote:

And an extra 2 hours down following a scheduled 4 hours down, right behind about 36 hours down. At some point in the past 5+ years you had to figure out how to keep game running......... or I guess maybe not.
It is now an hour past the rescheduled completion time. May we please have an update?

Please re-apply the excelsior spinner fix, that was nice while it lasted.
Again it stalls after a couple of spins - if you put a couple of gems through, then spin then do the same again it locks on you :(

I got this from the change log - The technical implementation of the Easter Event: a new building, a new specialist and new buffs will become available worldwide on March 26th, at around 05:00 ET. More information will be posted in a corresponding Dev Diary.
A new horseshoe buff will be available in the "Epic Items" category at the in-game merchant.
I see the new horseshoe buff is already available, so that's awesome for many people. I am a tad confused about the start time tho as I'm sure I saw it mentioned 10:00ET previously and now it's being indicated as 5:00ET. Can you confirm which time is correct, when you get a chance.
I also want to say, many people don't know that when Windows does an update, it messes up systems across the globe. It takes time for all companies to quickly respond (scramble) to the messes those Windows updates conveniently (sarcastic tone of course) cause everyone. I think you folks certainly have your hands full and I wouldn't want the developer/programmers job for the world.

I got confused too SuzyQQ, I think you had it right the first time. By my calcs if ET is New York time 5:00am ET matches 10:00 CEST as was posted in a different forum page.
The below timer should be correct according to both timezones and times (i believe) :D

If you saw anything about 10:00 it would of been CEST and would mean that I forgot to change it over to Eastern Time. The event will start at around 05:00 am Eastern Time. A dev Diary for the event will be coming soon as well! Sorry for any of the confusion with all this as well.

Since the last changelog // crash posts in t/o do not reflect in the list of items posted. At 1st i was like "oh, i'll post again" but it turns out it DOES post just doesnt SHOW me. I have logged out / refreshed (heck this one i have posted before logging out hours ago and no change) so its not a 'time /. lag" issue.
I had my guildies check last time - the item was indeed up for sale when they searched my alias.
Thought maybe it was a one-off but several guildies reported it happens to them also. And then today (after working for several days) it repeated. I posted 2 raving rabbit deco's - only one shows in history.. But both are gone from inventory.
( i checked expired... its not in there either )

This is an oldie. It appeares and dissapeares over the years with updates. BB is aware.
