Hey, was thinking lately and I think we could really use the ability to set a particular geologist to find X number of a certain type of deposit. Like have one that was to make sure there were always 4 copper deposits at all times, and if one gets depleted he goes and finds another. The option could be in the menu for choosing a deposit to search for.
