So I bought all 4 new licenses for the Islands. While looking at the layout ( green highlight) to see where to place things, Switched to an improved warehouse to compare sizes. The 2 Islands I hovered the improved warehouse over bugged out. I can no longer Build any warehouse on them to claim. I wants me to use a new license to claim them but Im at my cap and spend the gems already. Screen shots attached. I logged out and cleared cache ect ect already
Yep, same thing here but with the lower left island only. Bought deed, explorer found it, placed deed (deed was removed from star) and cannot place a storehouse on it. Cannot buy anymore deeds and explorer comes back saying nope...you found them all. I put in a ticket.
try "island storehouse" from elite building tab for the two desert islands...
Island storehouse is what I used. Worked 3 out of 4 times.Quote:

One island is blocked.. lost gems and deed.. no way out

We’ve recently found out a cause for Island or Sector deeds not working properly. Until we can implement a fix, an easy work-around is available:
Please do not apply an Island or a Sector Deed as long as any Explorer is on a search for far away sectors.
This should avoid the deed being ineffective.
We will update the game as soon as possible to deal with this unwanted behaviour.

so, explorers not clearing the clouds, disappearing gem deeds, disappearing buildings built on new isles, only being able to place ISH and not reg or island SH, new granite mine making 3 old ones nonfunctional... Yep business as usual lol.
I have 8 granite depos, only 5 of which are working, so, BB adds one ALTERNATE depo (can't say I saw that explained in the dev notes) and you get 3 that don't work. I used to have 7 that worked all the time.
Try using a regular storehouse. I had that problem on test where it wouldn't allow imp. storehouses or island storehouses on some, but regular storehouses worked fine. Probably was coded as regular island or something so island storehouses were disallowed or something. Maybe the same thing here.
Just checked my test game. Apparently it was the top two (green ones) that did that to me.
So what do I do exactly as a fix or work around.
Just used a deed on the top right corner island and the deed got consumed but I can't build any island storehouse on it.
When is the fix coming ?
Did you use a deed on the island between the mainland and the top right corner? I'm wondering if it's sequential and you have to claim the one closest to your main island 1st, then claim the top right. Just thinking out loud here......

Some gems would be nice compensation.

I mean, we paid $$ to get gems, to spend gems on the island deed to open it up to be able to use the space to produce stuff.
While those who didn't get hit with the bug are pumping out tons of resources with the newly acquired space they got from those island sectors.
They say Time = Money. And this is a serious lost of money.
What are you guys going to do to compensate?
Ive sent my explorers out over and over and they report that they have successfully found a new sector, yet my islands are still covered in clouds. :(
Been a month, is there a fix? a patch? a workaround? I'd sure like to use my new islands, if only I could get the clouds to go away . . .Quote:
