Tomb Raiders Bug

On Tomb Raiders, the first camp for player 3 (upper right side sector) is bugged. It doesn't happen every time, but I had it happen yesterday to me, today to a fellow player in the same co-op, and heard of it happening yesterday to someone else. It doesn't matter which guide or which general you use, the general loses the first camp. It doesn't happen every time, but 3 times in 2 days is enough to want it fixed.
If anyone else has experienced an unexplained loss on this camp, please post.
