Buff Time Remaining

I noticed that after the recent update that the Time Remaining for a placed buff is not showing up when I hover the mouse pointer over the Mayors house (not sure if it ever did) or the Elite Barracks.

I used a Drill Sergeant Skunk on my Elite Barracks and if I hover over the barracks I see "Elite Barracks" but not the remaining time for the buff that shows buff time left when I open the barracks production menu. The only two buildings that I noticed do not show the remaining time are the Elite Barracks and Mayors house which has "A celebrity comes to town" buff active and if I open the menu shows 2 hours left for the buff. I attached a screen grab of the Elite Barracks, you can barely see the yellow "buff stars" but they are there.

I noticed this too.. it worked for mr myers but not for drill sergeant. which is why it stood out for me since i had just finished one and switched to the other.
