A Giant Battle - Missing Robust Tools

I started : A Giant Battle today and I wanted to give some insight since I have had a major problem with this adventure..:mad:

I am completely stuck now since normally the leader in the larger red circle give out (Robust Tools) (Quest Getting Close complete..) so you can build the (Bridge Construction Kit) and this complete the second sub-quests.

But even after killing both side leaders using Evil_J guides or German bogini (Tuxingen) guide that attack the left side none of the camps resolved the quest and none of them provided me the Robust Tools.

I have now open a support ticket but I wanted to pass this information in case someone else has this issue.

You can see my current map progression on this image that show where the 2 leaders that should have complete the first part of the quests and both have been killed and I still have 0 Robust Tools.

Lots of wasted troops for nothing since I wanted to see if the other side would give out the Robust Tools but none of them resolved complete adventure stalling type of bug.

Ticket was already sent [Ticket#US-2018112212000329]

I just ran into the same exact issue. I already had sent in a support ticket because my leftover explosive from People of the Mtn didn't carry over either

Yep that explosive from peoples did not carry over same issue.. I re-send the update to support about the explosive since i did not realized that it was not in star..

Confirmed, same issues here:
- Dynamite did not carry over from People of the Mountain
- No Robust Tools after clearing the sector

We can add me to list of plus 1 that are stuck in great sadness and frustration help please, pretty please and quickly so I don't have to do this entire chain over again.

I am having the exactly same problem on a current A GIANT BATTLE. I did not realise the forum topic was about until advised in help. Also no obsidian Dynamite as past have said, even though i know i didnt use it from previous venture of MCC. I have sent a support ticket before forum.

But the dynamite on Storm Recovery works very well so you can carry on with Weekly Challenges. ;)

I had no buffs on my mountain labyrinth, such as Deep Snow or Piercing Cold, etc. Even though I ran the 2 Debuff version in Unknown regions, no buff was active in the follow up. Not sure how it will affect downstream adv.

sigh.. my guildie finally gave up last night an cancelled his adventure since he was going to run out of time on pathfinder or weekly and needed to run adv for that. a bit of notices that you were intending to finally fix it and when would have been nice. heck, i think he would have been happy if support had bothered to respond to his email in a timely manner. i wonder... do you guys at bb even use the feedback from the test server?? i know a ton of the recent bugs were reported there 1st - yet the new update was deployed without fixing those....

Yesterday, I tried responding again to my support case: Ticket#US-2018112312000167. I had 6 days of premium left when I started a Giant Battle. Now I'm down to 3. Still stuck after the hotfix and my support ticket has been closed with no resolution. What to do next?

BB_Novog: If you have an MCC open, cancel it and it should go to your star menu

I keep trying to do that. I cancel, it doesn't go back to star. Then when I log off and back on again, it comes back with the adventure active again

try the ultimate fix for players: cancel the darn thing, log out using the logout button, wait at least 15 min before log in. In the meantime clean cache and maybe restart your comp.

If it is still there when you are back then fill another ticket...

So visiting the adventure generated a message from BB and that canceled it all and put it back in star. Thanks for the responses

yay, i'm glad it is solved :)

Just completed this quest line. Seems alright to me now.

Be aware that there is still a bug with A Giant Battle on the loot drop and blue print.
