This isn't a single player issue, this affects apparently all guilds.
The Dev team is currently looking into this issue.
Update: This should now be working.

worked for me -- i figured we all magically cleared cache at the exact same moment *wink
they fixed the guild market yesterday, was only 8 days late. that's gotta be some kind of speed record, lol.
