Now I can't be positive this isn't a user error, however, the storehouse isn't in a place I would accidently delete it.
However, I was waiting for the last upgrade of my improved storehouse and I log in today and it is back in my star menu. It was working fine with the upgrades until the last one.
Just throwing this out there in case any one else runs into the issue.
