Unable to close some cultural building screens

The building screens for Spring Park and Scouting Post anchor to absolute 0, y-axis, which is underneath the title bar of the standalone application of Settlers Online. This prevents one from accessing the window close button. I have been needing to click on some other building in order to close the building screen.

Spring Park had been working just fine until the Thanksgiving event and I've waited to report until now in hopes that it would get fixed before long. For some reason the Laboratory from the Halloween event does not exhibit this behavior.

I just press Esc, but yes this is new behavior. Christmas market and training field as well.
