When do the flower farms stop running? Do they run after removal Phase? or after Deactivation only? It doesn't say in Dev's Diary.
If we add depos before the removal, will the farms continue running until deactivation?
From the Dev Diary:
Production
Event-related item productions inside the provision house will be deactivated.
Event-related item production, which is already running will continue until they run out.
It sounds like farms will continue during the second phase until they deplete.
BB_Odhran, what say you?
Just to let you all know, the Weather Control Station also buffs your enemies. Are there really any maps where buffing both sides a similar percentage will improve things for you?
Ali Baba maps and MCC ventures have splash damage on most if not all enemies, so doing Splash won't give the enemies anything extra but will add to you. Also, giving flanking to all and then abusing Vargus will give you and advantage as well. There are ways if you want to look for them. Note that if you block however, it will mess up your blocks.
Only for Anslem so no, there probably aren't any maps where the two buffs with 20% increases to HP or Dmg are useful.
However the one for splash damage may be useful for Ali adventures since all enemies already have splash and so gain nothing while your swordsmen and mounted swordsmen increase damage, maybe Tailors and MCC also since many enemies have splash there as well.
Giving all units flanking might also be interesting, perhaps especially for knights which have first strike and can be given splash dmg thru a Generals skills. Haven't looked at it closely enough yet to be sure what the benefit is going to be for either of these two buffs. Might be fun figuring it out or it might not.
At any rate.... that weather station is one cool looking building, so even if I never use it, I don't mind cause I've always wanted one on my island.
I also had the bonus loot glitch. Last three co-ops I ran (Siege), I did not get the 2x refills when I had the Valentine Buff. The Valentine Buff was running on my home island before I finished the first Siege and still running 10 minutes after the third glitched loot mail. In all three mails I had 8 Refills, that is the base Siege refill reward without bonus.
This glitch is becoming so common now, that misinformation is being spread about how to actually get the bonus loot:
1) You must have the Valentine Buff active before the adventure is started in order to receive the bonus loot from the Valentine buff.
2) Every player on the adventure/co-op must have the Valentine Buff active in order for any player to get bonus loot from the Valentine buff.
Both of the above are wrong.
1) As BB_Odhran stated earlier in this thread, the Valentine Buff only needs to be activated before the adventure/co-op is completed to get the bonus loot. I've been maximizing my use for days by getting an adventure RTF, then activating the Val buff, then completing the adventure and getting the bonus loot for that completion.
2) Everyone else on the adventure/co-op doesn't need a Valentine Buff active in order for you to get the benefit of your Valentine Buff. If four people run Whirlwind, but only one of them has the Valentine buff active, that one person should get bonus loot but the other three will not.
The fact is, there is a glitch that happens sometimes. Just recently, both I and a friend had Valentine Buffs active, we ran three Siege co-ops and neither of us got bonus 2x refills.
Seems like it.
I've ran over 40 Siege Co-ops and a dozen other adventures since start of the event with the Valentine buff, and have only had those three occasions of glitched loot this morning. So, all in all, I've experienced a very low error rate. Still loving this new event. The Valentine and Love-crazed buffs will be missed when it's over.
