I received a new quest this morning, The Egg Competition. Upon completion, I did not receive the countdown for the next quest. Others have received the next quest countdown. Per BB, I waited, refreshed, etc. Nothing!

Edit: Contacted support. got nonsense run-around about deleting cookies and cache which to no one's surprise, did nothing.
I did not get easter preparations quest either. seems the hotfix only worked for 1 round.
Same problem here, after being afflicted with the broken quest chain timer bug, I got two more in after the fix, now the final Easter quest chain probably won't show up, since the Easter Preperations quest didn't appear properly yesterday.Quote:

For your messages in this topic, please also give "which" quest is missing. Whether you are only talking about the waiting quest or the last quest chain is really not started.

what exactly is the hotfix going to do? tact on a new timer again and we have to wait 5 more days on top of the 2-4 days that lapsed until the hotfix.
sounds like we're getting another extension.
As per achievements, I have not yet done Lost Eggs, and Egg Competition..
and yet, with only 8 days left now (with extension), Lost Eggs quest has been in my waiting list for several days :(
There is no other active quest.. and I refreshed etc... still in Waiting list for days..
No hope of getting things done, despite the extension :(
PS - Easter event is not new.. How can this be broken all over again, even after more than half of the event is past, and multiple fixes? I don't understand it!!
Are others seeing the Easter quests stuck after the hotfix? I'm still waiting for it to activate my waiting quest...

First time I didn't get the quest at all (thought that first one was the whole event heh). Fix got me that one.
This time, I've got one, but it's borked.
It's Bring Back Memory, but all tasks are grey as quest is under 'Waiting quests'. But it's not waiting for anything, no other easter quest being done, and no activation timer if there's meant to be one.
Also if I mouse over the first task (Brew for the Memory), the description brings up [undefined text]. Sooo think something is up.
"Lost Eggs" has been stuck as a Waiting Quest for 2 days now
Me too with the Egg Competition.
I don't have a preparation bar count down quest any more. Chances are I'm going to be bugged again in a few days.
Other players I spoke to said they have a count down quest preparation after they had already finished.
In previous years, Ive done the 4 chain plus 1 more at the end if you logged on the easter event the first day.

Still waiting for last quest here too. Only 5 days left This game is really becoming too much work and stress. That's the opposite of what a game is supposed to be.

Clearly whatever they are doing isnt working. At this point only option left is to run a script and complete all 5 related achievements for everyone.
just adding my voice to this -- before the hotfix i didn't have a problem - now, after the hotfix, i have not received my third easter quest (the lost eggs) - it shows as a waiting quest with no countdown timer (yes i've cleared my cache and rebooted and restarted modem, several times over)
Seriously nothing? I was thinking maybe weekend (still kinda iffy considering online computer game) no comments, but after a work day not even a post of acknowledgement? Yeesh
Acknowledged in other threads that it's being reviewed for what it's worth.
We are currently looking into this issue. I know it is a frustrating thing to deal with and we are sorry that for some reason it is not wanting to cooperate with us. As I get more details I will be sure to update everyone.

Thanks for all your reports, they've helped us greatly. We are still looking into it and are working on a solution. However, as you might see the end of the event is coming up. We would like to inform you; that you can collect Easter eggs through adventures/trades and other activities. As for the question of what happens with the missing quest, we are working on it and are considering solutions which vary in possibilities; not everything is bound to the removal phase and we are still considering the best way to take.
Therefore, please be patient and give us some time to find the best answer to your questions. We will consider which step to take and keep you informed.

If you activate the last quest, can you keep the easter market open until phase 2 so we have time to complete it and use the eggs?Quote:

You can get 60 achievement points by completing Where Do Easter Eggs Come From? 5 times. Of course, to do that, it would cost 469 eggs, and the rewards from the adventure are garbage. Alternatively, Garrun the Trapper once and that adventure 3 times, at a cost of 267 eggs and 95 gems is worth 50 points, with Garrun rewarding an average of 44 eggs or 66 with premium, basically as good as a small basket.
That said, I would like to think that the final solution settles on a way in which either the requirement for the final upgrade is lowered, or people are just automatically given finished achievements so they get the 125 or 150 they are missing out on.
mine have been locked for the past few days and now there is only 1 day left to finish and they are still not open
