We could really use a kind of buff we can drop on friends' upgrading buildings to speed-up up the upgrade. We could have 3 levels: bronze cuts remaining upgrade time by 10%, silver cuts by 25% and gold cuts by 50%. Maybe it is something we can make in Mayor's house or PH (not RPH-no need to limit it to upper levels). Can only be dropped on a friend.
