look at explorers, it says you might find a book on adventure searches. There's mouseover text in star menu and in each explorer menu
You guys should really update the front cover for news on the Crisis Event. It's still talking about the Kitty Lure. Just saying.

I sent out 4 intrepids and got 2 manuscripts. Seems a lot better than I would have expected.Quote:

My second batch of explorers returned a tome and two codices. I'm impressed.
I am really enjoying that my explorers are bringing back books. I would like to see this idea continued. Perhaps a future event could offer a librarian explorer who always brings back a book.
I love the explorers bringing books manu etc.... awesome.. plus all my explorer cept a couple on adv means top up on map frags and adv for next event :) not a bad event over all. ty
This was a nice distraction from the usual for some decent rewards. A bit of a resource sink but manageable.
So I got to the last quest. Whoever thought that finding granite on very long treasure search was a good idea should go back to whatever kindergarten course they learned quest design in and actually finish it successfully this time. I found 0 granite.
Well that's a load.........

Thought I did realize that since you get 1k gems from it, gemming a quest could be worth it ... after I spent more gems than gemming the quest would have cost just to speed up explorers. :cannoneer:
