That would mean dropping granite lower as well as that is needed to support the *** mines.
By the time you are powerful enough to be farming titanium you won't be needing Xbow or damasc anyway, you will be concerned with upgrading your elite army.
That is going to be heavy granite and grout use.
Where are you going to get that?
Both *** and granite will drop from BK.

Granite and grout are also accessible through TO to improve your elite army so that you can run the big adventures.
You probably have other things to be concerned with than titanium. If you are low enough level that you cannot access it. Titanium is very useful for bookfitting, and the bars useful for quests. But I think most players only use dam and Xbow on demand to satisfy a production quest. Those items are pretty low value when you are high enough level.
