The Delicious Treat for 8k gems is the one from the Venture Event recently - it had a magwheel and some other stuff including that 4x explorer iirc.
The x10 increase in resources required for the top golem is crazy.
Did you really change the the ventures for 2x from Mountain Labyrinth to Unknown Regions? That was pretty shady if you did... I hope it's just a typo.
So are you going actually ALLOW us to buy the latest bundle ... or just dangle it like the other bundle that people bought gems for but then couldn't buy the bundle?
some good stuff. not sure about the rebalancing.. some seem rebalanced to the negative. Having the adventure show in both list with 2 different outcomes is also confusing, as is not showing the new 2x for the low amount.. only the high?? does that mean if i don't get the draw for a high drop i don't get the 2x either??
also would like to see ALL ventures on the list.
What you whining at they have added the missing Delicious pack to the merchant if you couldnt get it last time you now will be able too problem solved and seriously you cant work out the table ...shows the low amount and the max amount plus the max if its x2 common sense should tell you what the max lowest would be and of course you will get it ...they added the max x2 amount so ppl wouldnt think the max amount already included the double bonus
I had a stack of unknowns that I did so I could run ML & People. Instead I have to either do ML to get People, or Start over with Foots for Unknowns. Atleast RRH & Snowwhite are both 2x. The venture chain just isn't worth to do without 2x loot. Now I have to wait another year or so for a stealth adventure week that hopefully targets ventures again.
I would have been happy with any two consecutive MCC maps, pre-announced. You better not Grinch us on the Christmas event BB!
to be fair, your issue is with the wiki. They incorrectly listed ML as double when it was actually Unknown Regions. Even in test it was always UR that was double and not ML. Someone at the wiki put those two in the wrong places. Also, does Christmas ever do a loot bonus on advs? They don't give event loot, so I am not sure they have seasonal maps.
This seems not as bad as the last few events. The flow of pumpkins is pretty decent. If I wanted to get everything, which I don't, that might be a tall order to get 90k pumpkins. But I'll easily get everything I want. I've played long enough that I don't need any more of these basic buildings, though they serve their purpose, spooky bronze mine seems terrible, ghost lantern I guess I'll get 1, mad scientist no unless someone can give me a reason to pull my current one out of the star. Still, there are some solid specialists and decent buildings, so plenty to buy, but I'm not feeling like I'm struggling.
Premium friend buff giving x8 makes pumpkin acquisition much better this time.
Glad it feels like a good flow of pumpkins and you don't feel like you are in a mad dash to get everything.
Hopefully the event continues to go well and I look forward to reading more feedback about this event. I know for some it has been a bit of a rough start with some issues with PFB and needing to log out for 15-20 minutes to get it to kick in. Also for those that had the golem hiding from them, truly the golem was just afraid of how powerful you are, which should be fixed soon.

SHQ is failing to act as a warehouse for pumpkin fields. i had a store there - was working fine . replaced with shq - they refuse to walk to it.
Thanks for the gifts for the hotfix. I'm not sure what was in the e-mail since I auto-read it with my other loot mail, but I take it there was good stuff in there. I think I need to start checking my star by date more often. I wonder what else I have in here.
Before I waste my Love Crazed, was the conflict between that the PFB ever sorted out? Apparently they were somehow negating or cancelling each other if active at the same time. :/
While I wouldn't say pumpkin flow was 'good', it's better than some recent events have been (ie the travesty of Easter 2019 when we simply couldn't log on for up to a week-plus while all of our buildings ran un-buffed and our PFB and Prem ran down...and Support's response was *shrug* "Hope you keep playing!").
The unfortunate reality of the cemeteries is they are simply too slow. I've loaded them up and am running them nearly solid on Machine Oil/Elixirs/Snacks/Snow and PFB but their rates still has me falling short. Running more Advs only gets me more 'refills' (that are wasted because the cemeteries can't use them fast enough), not more 'pumpkins'. Unless BB lets the cemeteries run past the core Event and into the 'Removal' Phase week (which the Dev Diary isn't clear on), this is the first time I will have pumpkins left in my cemeteries at the end of the Event. O.o
So having a few Love Crazed on top would be a big help with those numbers.
It always works that way. The cemeteries keep producing and you can keep buffing them. You just can't produce any more werewolf/banshees buffs after phase 1.
"You can use the Banshee's Scream buff in order to get more Pumpkins before the Removal phase finishes. The buff effect will end and you won't be able to use such buffs anymore after the event deactivation."
From the dev diary. Clearly saying the cemeteries will keep working since the only use Banshee's Scream has is on producing cemeteries.
The description on love crazed suggests it doesn't work with PFB by design. Guess I'll save those if that's the case.
I've got the bundle, both explorers, and Dracul 5 days in. I'm not sure what expectations are if that isn't enough.
Agreed - i have mine filled to basically just b4 event end.... and that will net me about 22k pumpkins give or take on pfb and rainbow -- however idk if i can get the rainbow timing right to the end etc.
and then i have collies - say 10 a day from there...
and explorers -
other than buying at crazy rates theres no other way to get pumpkins .. if i wanted the entire list i'm mathing it at nearly 94k pumpkins. i see that as Nearly impossible.
once again.. i would much rather have pumpkins drop than deal with these stupid fields, making space for them and the store houses needed to make them 'fast' etc etc.
....or even the ability to pay to upgrade the Small/Common ones to closer to the Noble rates.
Something to deal with the bottleneck that is the six slow Cemeteries...aside from having to drop thousands upon thousands in Gems...which I'm not buying after the travesty that was the Easter Event and lack of Support.

Running PFB with mostly Machine Oil/Elixirs then Snacks/Snow I should be able to get both Bewitching, both Gemini, and both Labs assuming no gaps in production.
To get the Lanterns and Mansions I'll need another 20k+ Pumpkins. The IDeerstalkers would be nice, but alas.
It isn't even a case of not being able to run enough Adventures, because at some point (ie where I am now) the Cemeteries become the bottleneck and can't produce any more Pumpkins. That means having to drop 25k+ in Gems...which will not happen after last Easter.
BB wants money for Gems? They better step up the Support beyond *shrug* "Gosh, that's terrible! Hope you keep playing!".
We're several events past getting everything being relatively easy to do. I'd guess I'll end up in the 60-70k range with long treasure searches, so I could get more if I really wanted to send out short searches, but explorers are too much clicking already. That won't buy me everything, but I don't feel like I'm missing anything. I've set my sights on a ghost lantern, haunted mansions, bundle, explorers, geologist, younger geminis, laboratory, grim reaper, and Dracul. That's 46k, which puts me halfway there 30% of the way through the event. I don't even know what I'll spend my excess on beyond that because everything else I could take it or leave it.
Granted, this is coming from the perspective of someone with 51 explorers and not in need of farms/silos/storehouses/etc. (though those tradable buildings have always been much cheaper to buy with non-event resources).
If you have too many pumpkin refills, there's probably someone in trade who doesn't.
with the ghost lantern do we get a quest only once a week when the ship comes in or 3 quest one for each GL and if they are not all built at the same time is the weekly gift and 2nd quest coming when you built them
Like the Christmas Tree. You get one weekly visit. Each visit you get one Gift for each lantern.
Sending explorers on short treasure searches
During every event, we do short treasure searches to optimize event currency.
There is too much clicking to send explorers on short treasure searches.
I have 34 explorers but others probably have many more.
The answer is
1) change the user interface so you can mass send explorers on a given search
2) change event currency returned so that it scales with the time of treasure search.
Since it is unlikely BB will change the user interface, it seems option 2 is the best answer.
For example:

This new scaling of treasure rewards does NOT penalize returns based on length of treasure search.
This allows us to reduce tedious explorer short searches by sending them on longer searches.
Please create a mass send for explorers, OR change to the new Scaled Treasure Search.

I don't like the idea of an easy button where you can just send everyone on a prolonged search and get 16 times more resources, but this clicking clicking clicking is becoming an increasing chore. I do think people need to at least make some effort, even if that effort is to login once an hour or two and use whatever mass send interface there is.
I'll keep grabbing more and more explorers, but we're at the point now where we're getting multiple per month. It's been like 8 between anniversary and Halloween. I got the first gem bundle, but I stopped there, although I'll keep buying the ones for event resources. Some people macro it, which may not be such a bad idea because when you have dozens of explorers and keep getting more, this is an increasingly obnoxious mechanic. At least we don't have to click on mail one by one anymore.
If nothing else, a repeat last button seems simple enough. Not great, but 1 less click per explorer is better than no improvement at all.
Maybe an interface like the one we use to send generals to an adv. We can click multiple explorers and chose what to send them to find. If we want them all to do the same, fine, but we may want to send them in groups based on their booked specialty.
A way to group explorers together, then do one send for the entire group. Create a Master Explorer character similar to a quartermaster. Instead of 9 boxes for troops, have 9 boxes where each individual explorer is selected, and stays assigned until removed (one time setup until changed). The explorers would disappear from the star menu after being assigned to a Master Explorer as a way of tracking which explorers are assigned and which ones aren't.
Sending a Master Explorer on a search in the same manner as we currently use would send all assigned explorers at once.
Make the Master Explorer available for purchase with beanstalks. No limit.
One difficulty I see is adventure searches where collecting amounts of coin and sausage are involved. That could be a major block to it being feasible.
The spooky mine should have been a permanent building offered for Gems. There is still some confusion amongst players who are not certain as to if they will lose the spooky mine if it runs out. BB should make a simple announcement, "If the spooky mine runs out of copper ore it will be destroyed". Nearly everyone here in the USA will understand that.
By the nature of how Achievements work they are an accurate measure of a player's activity. The quantity of event objectives in achievements could be increased as well as increasing the rewards. Each year we have these Golems and as the difficulty increases most of the high level active players have already fulfilled their achievements for the Golems and the lower tier players are left to fend for themselves in eliminating the golems from their islands. I suggest changing the achievement for higher levels to require a specific quantity of golems to drop water upon instead of just dropping the required amount upon one golem.
The Island collectibles do not have enough pumpkins, make it the way it used to be where each clickable could be 1-3 pumpkins.
Change the details in the description of the pumpkin adds in the merchant store to more clearly explain that the adds also revive collapsed pumpkin patches.
The ghost ship lantern should have been 1 building with 3 possible levels. Or 3 different lanterns, a level 1, 2, 3. At Christmas maybe we could stop the madness by making the Christmas gift tree upgradeable. Some easy scripting might be to offer a level 2 or level 3 tree in the merchant store that players buy using the tree they got the previous years before.

The dates seem a little off. I assume the removal phase starts the morning of the 11th and the deactivation (there are two dates listed) happens 1 week later the morning of the 18th. I was planning for around 5 extra days of pumpkin fields, but I guess I should plan for just under 7.
I agree, the conflicting dates will make it hard to plan accordingly. An updated day/time would be much appreciated (also considering the US just had their daylight savings time).
also ending at 5pm et ... seems odd....
I inexplicably lost a building license today.. did anyone else? (i always have 2 spare iron mine and when any others drop i get bl back. i didn't build any other mines (ie coal salt tita gold etc, nor any actual buildings).
