I just do not understand what this means???Quote:
Exchanged the Spooky Mine from the "Terrorized Town" questchain with one that is not reccuring, and applied the change to mines already aquired from the quest.
Excelsior tribute for shards sounds decent, but I'm not sure I want to bother trying to hit those aggressive times. For the mill tribute, grain conflict seems alright, but no chance I'm running storm recovery 20 times (or 1 time).
Spooky mines might actually be worth it if they returned to the star. Such a bad building when functioning as intended.
agreed - i wont run storm 20 times either. and spooky is useless in my eyes as a destructible mine.
Storm recovery would make sense if it was possible to make grout. Eventually that will happen, maybe a new recipe for the lab or a new production chain.
Ahem....good luck and condolences something something hard limit and broken.Quote:
A new bundle is available in the Black Market category of the in-game merchant!
1 SHARD/12h, so 5 days for 1 crystal. Granted I don't play anymore, but that's not something I'd go out of my way to accomplish unless bored beyond all help.Quote:

I'll put my Excelsior Tributes somewhere in the Christmas Market grid. Have already tucked 2 Friary Tributes and both Bookbinder Tributes in there, with enough room left for at least 4 more tributes, maybe more. So with 2 Excelsiors it'll be approx. 16 shards per day, or 1.6 crystals like Gwalben said. Not bad for just running a couple of adventures to get them.
I'll bomb the mountain in S9, but the one is S7 can stay where it is till BB fixes the disappearing building problem with that area.
Looking forward to getting the tributes and trying out Split City in Fall.
Do I miss something? Split City in Fall is on the game since... dunno, at least 2 months? I ran one with a guildie and i have several in star from adv searches...
Not worth the time and troops, imo, and being a co-op complicate everything since both players must be there and do the attacks (a lot of them, i may say) and the lag and freezing are bad when more ppl are on the same adv map...
*shrugs

hmmm - my guildies warned me away from s9 too saying the same bug exists there...

Not worth it, imo, sorry. An ind copper mine... hehehe pass
we need the powdertinker to be available for gems...
Since change was implemented, I'm experiencing several bugs with Weekly Challenge and Ghost Ship quests, as if the sub task are locked and not showing the production. Will monitor for another day or so and submit a ticket.
As far as Change Log feedback, with all of the new stuff mostly available with gems, it seems prudent to offer and extension of the 10 gem pit limit. I've exhausted those pits years ago, waiting for the limit to be raised, more gem quests, or another x3 gem sale. With the new removable mountains, perhaps 1-2 weeks of free move to adjust islands and production, including warehouses within the zone.
explorers are glitched since harbor event started.
Guild market changed 13 days early and locked the building so we cannot purchase it.
There is one less demolition crew than mountains that can be destroyed and one more shot fire than rocks/rubble that can be destroyed. I would like to know who BB has that counts these things, because whoever it is, can't count worth crap.
And, I agree, there needs to be an increase in the gem pits limit. There are ridiculously more things avail for gems than there was when the gem pits were introduced, as well as when the limit was increased shortly thereafter. There needs to be another increase in the gem pits now.
in that last bundle a few events ago .. bb sold me an extra demo crew .. back when you werent supposed to be able to buy more than your island could handle. i was pretty miffed as i bought one for gems a few day earlier - then one in bundle and no where to use the last one.. i guess this fixes that but...
Why in the world would BB increase the limit on gem pits? I'm pretty sure whoever approved the gem pit idea has their photo scotch taped to a dart board behind the door of the CFO's office at BB HQ after costing the company massive revenue in gem sales.
If gem pits were only available for purchase with cash, I could see BB making more of them them available, but I really doubt they're gonna convert "buy one gem pit, get nine more free with a little patience" to "buy one gem pit get 19 more free". Better pinch yourself, you're dreaming.
the new generals that have been introduced in the past few years have reduced troop losses greatly. the training grounds and elite training grounds have increased the speed we make troops. the new xmas event introduces the ability to make weapons cheaper and faster...
at this point i think we need a way to use up all of these cheap fast troops. here are a few ideas:
quests that involve sacrificing lots of troops for lots of XP and maybe adventure tales...
new large adventures that use up massive troops but also give lots of xp.
or maybe create a player vs player system that allows us to attack and defend and burn troops for adventure tales and xp...
