Christmas Bakery zone effect (incomplete because of island border)

There seem to be an issue with the zone effect with the bakery that get reduced because of Island borders. :confused:

You can clearly see that the zone is incomplete to the right with this placement in zone 9.

Here are different location and clearly show the issue:

The archipelago island border does not seem to have the same effect on the bakery zone but it really shine in s8-s9 zone.

Archipelago does not have border zone issue full covergate no missing zone effect it clearly show complete bakery zone effect correctly.

i have also noticed that buildings within the darker green zone are marked as x6 in the eco .. light green are x4. however when you open the individual eco of each building the resulting out is identical - x4 for all of them in either zone. Would love bb to explain why there are two tones of green and their expected effect.
