Well it is working so far. Hope it stays as responsive under load though when everyone is playing during the event.
I can't play......
What in the hell are you doing?????
Client installed.
Then when i press "Play now" the broser launch the client as excepted
Than a popup from client appear:

3 days before christmas event you changed the game access.......
i am complain
i can't play the game with the new client
and "Something went wrong".... how can i understand what is the error????....
please give me some advice.
PS: i've got this error since the first RC in test server and i notificate it in test server forum without any responce form developer or other.
so im officially locked outta the game on my mac.... when i hit play now.. i get 'download' the client. which of course is only for the pc... good job bb
Apart from the fact that the people from BB have been rubbing mint for 3 years since the people from adobe announced that they are giving up the flash and they didn't bother to find a solution in time, so don't see anything new made solution by BB. Why! https://www.thesettlersonline.com/en can't login using legacy account; can't play in multiple server with this client; client freeze and not works fine, etc, etc so all is a crap made BB. I make a video and i post to see BB what crap they make!
I got logged in 1 time, tried to zoom in more as I have a very large screen at high resolution, it kicked me. Now I can get back to where it says to download client but won't let me get in after I log in, and it will not download/install client again. So a couple of days before xmas event we cannot get in. Screw you Bluebyte.
Are you trying to login via ubisoft or facebook or some other way? What OS are you using?Quote:

Is there a client version for 32-bit Windows too? This apparently works only for 64-bit Win....

i get an error message after install and a message saying my client cant be updated
I can't get past the client will not update. IE, does not go past step 8.

Is there any way to adjust the size of the UI? When I open the Star menu, it takes up about half the screen and the chat box and avatar leave only a sliver of open screen on the left side.

leave it alone for about 5 minutes. I was getting hang errors with the test server client, but while I was searching on google for a fix, the test server client started to work. This morning, the game client did the same "not responding" and it was showing that it was stuck in the task manager. I walked off for a cup of coffee and came back to find the game had finished loading.
oh my, I am having problems doing an adventure - possibly a display issue - I sent the general on attack and/or move them and they are still in the same place. and no refresh ability :(.
can't get back to my original island now either - this client looks to be having problems under load.
I waited almost 20 minutes for this to work and then had to 'x' out of the game and relog. Please consider adding a refresh/reload function.
it takes awhile - like 5 minutes or so maybe longer if you are switching screen to screenQuote:

Any way to get a version working in Linux? Wine was a bust since it won't download/install Windows browser versions. Go through Steam?
i download and installed client but it is not working. it has been error :

what OS system and what login are you using. And the game itself is frozen for me and I am in the middle of an adventure so that might be the problem as well.Quote:

It won't work in Windows 7 from what I understand. But what form of login, with ubisoft login or facebook or legacy? I am not sure what you mean with slimbrowser - did you check the migration thread some things no longer are valid ways to login.Quote:
