Cheers Mate! I'm on a laptop running Win7 32 bit and can't play anymore either. Maybe something a bit stronger than beer is in order?

yeah very upsetting. Mac user so I'm screwed too
Win 7 32 bit here, as well ... I am so disappointed. Thanks for the cold beer,Who - a pleasure to join you

*tears.. me too.. 8 years...
It's heading that way as a mac user sadly
Have followed every guide and all steps Traffer said to do and can't get logged in, keep getting sent to download game page and told it can't update to contact support course they haven't sent anything to me but the same auto message that's always sent. other games i play that used flash have converted to html5 and they are working very smoothly. maybe tso should ask around how to do this properly. Here's all I've gotten since the update on the 18th. Attachment 6970
ah I hawe win 10 and cant play too. I send mail to BB and 60h no answers. i don't know why they don't write something on the base page
Welcome to our table, all! As a Win7 32 bit user, I am sitting here looking at my (excitedly prioritized) list of things I had planned to get from the Christmas merchant. I can't believe so many of us are all locked out of the game as the event begins .. and not a single word from BB. Hopefully, there is a speedy solution in the works.
I checked Harman website .. a Samsung Company (partnered with Adobe since 2006) - here's a snip or two from the landing page:
"Adobe Flash Player will no longer be supported by Adobe or by any standard browsers beyond 2020. However, if the enterprise customers require Flash Player, then HARMAN will be able to offer them a solution that combines the regular Flash Player with customer’s SWF application. This will allow for a useful stop-gap for existing applications to continue to be used with little or no modifications, whilst long term plans for migration away from the Flash content are put into action.
HARMAN also offers alternative deployment and licensing models for Flash Player, for companies wishing to embed Flash Player into their own hardware or software products.
HARMAN’s partnership with Adobe started in 2006, although prior to this HARMAN had already been working on the integration of the Macromedia Flash Player onto Symbian-based mobile devices. HARMAN had been a key system integration partner within the Open Screen Project and also continued to work on the integration, extension and optimization of Adobe Flash Player and Adobe AIR for many customers in domains including automotive, digital home and consumer electronics.
During our continued partnership, HARMAN provided over 33 million licenses for the Adobe software across embedded platforms such as Linux, Windows and Android and on chipsets including 32- and 64-bit ARM, Intel and MIPS architectures. Now that Adobe are transitioning the ongoing support and maintenance of AIR, HARMAN is looking forward to working with the AIR developer ecosystem to drive the success of this cross-platform framework."

I am not techno enough to efficiently understand all this, but .. does this give us any hope? Perhaps BB will suddenly re-appear as quickly as they disappeared, and take whatever steps they need to, so that we all can return to our game and participate in the much-anticipated Christmas event.
Hi All- I am in the same boat ! It is sad to lose the friendships made but I will keep trying ... Maybe in January?? LOL
I don't drink but this makes me want to join the party and have one too!!
only made it to lv 41 but that was still a lot of work to get there and was looking forward to my 1st Christmas event, I miss my gold mines! my fish and meat deposits will run out! good thing i turned off my spooky copper mine and my special gold mine, at least i wont lose that! This is a mess :( I wished that they would just link back the play now button to the load game pg. so we can get back on, it is not the end of 2020 yet!
where is this thread you are speaking of, I have looked at the one with step by step how to log in but nothing helps
*pulls up a chair*

:-)
windows vista 32
linux mint 18.1
LOL! great avatar Prop! *scoots over to make space at the table* I was wondering if you'd be joining us : )
Hello BouncyTigger! do you mean the main liveserver feedback thread? If so, here 'tis:

Be sure and take up HortonsWho on his generous hospitality before you settle in to do about 15 pages of reading
Congrats Deva5, level 41 is some solid progress. You were smart to sleep your spooky mine and special gold mine, good thinking. And you'll be able to recover the other stuff fairly quickly.
I'm on a laptop with Win7 32 bit, and my hope is that we can all get back in the game in (very) early January. Yes, it is a mess, but don't give up yet - we may still have a Christmas event to jump into.
In the meantime ... pull up a chair : ) Cheers!
Hello everyone.
As you may have read here, support for 32-bit operating system and macOS will be available in January 2021.
I know many of you are disappointed (yes, I also know other words to put here) with this situation and I fully understand it. We're working hard to roll out this update as soon as possible so you can play on macOS or 32-bit system again until our Unity version is available. Once we complete the transition you will be able to play again from your web browser.
Your feedback is regularly sent to the development team.
Just swinging by to drop off a Keg of beer and some snacks to help keep you all going, compliments of HortonsWho, CalliopeJeyne, Perwyn, and Prophetess' home guild, The Creators. WE MISS YOU!!!!
PS: Wargun helped me drag the bigscreen and remote up from the dungeon over here for your entertainment, and Henrietta sends her love to all ;)
feel bad for you guys. bb should be able to see players that used to log in regularly but missed the event. maybe they can send out a bonus package of the good gets from the event...
Thank You for caring Binderberger :-) Maybe we can get in sometime in January? Thank you and Hi to my guildies and friends :-)
:brew: Don't worry. It's root beer. Sounds like you need one too.

:brew: You can have a beer while you're looking.

What's on tap? Not sure, we just found the keg in the ditch beside the highway. Must have fallen off the truck. Kind of tastes like Kirin Ichiban, although it could be Schaefer.
:brew:
Looks like your mug went dry.
Thank you for keeping us posted. Have a beer. :brew:
Here are some for the development team too, to help them work.

Yes, played for 3 years, or is it 4? Level 70 finally, good guild - I have 64 bit, but danged if I am going to download little bits here and there when it took me a day to figure out whether I had 32 or 64 bit! Not all of us are computer gurus. I play for the interaction with good friends and the satisfaction of finishing adventures and challenges - decompression. All that is gone. I suspected when BBs announced that there would be interim this and that, that it would be too much for someone who prefers to point and click. Boo. Thanks, I don't like beer, but needed to say something and be heard by someone. Support ticket languishes, no one responds - they are taking what they feel is a well-earned Christmas break, or else hiding out!
Yikes, just looked at when I joined - 7 years down the tube!
