Customer service kept referring me to their troubleshooting guide no matter how many times I repeated myself, and screenshots didn't help them figure it out either lol. The guide would be helpful if it was correct.

As Owela said on the bottom of page 4, if you're still having login in issues remove the .swf after the Client.swf file they asked you to rename.

just wanted to let you know that after installing the missing api-ms-core dills for the 32 bit version it dose not load any client :( this is pointless as flash still works fine on all my other online games :) do you know when you will move to unity so we can just log on as normal via the website?
