If you just follow the quests & work on clearing island of all camps, that should take you to lvl 32, then its pretty much adventures after lvl 32 to lvl up further

Wanted to let everyone know that I highly suggest not doing business with a player named Bralles who is member of VIP guild. Now for those of you who support not doing business with thieves...

A) a revamped trade system is in the works, unlimited amounts of resources/other stuff too will be an option

If my math is correct, you should be able to obtain 900 balls from just doing adv/quests, and no gem purchase involved. That is enough for one new building and no licenses or licenses and some buffs....
