Never mind, turns out all I had to do was move the stable and it reset; the game must have thought it was a farm.

my stable takes 12 min. to produce a horse instead of 6 min. It takes twice as long to make horse. My stable is level 3 and I don't want to have to demolish it and rebuild.

my pirate hut also disappeared. I never sold it or anything. I think it disappeared when I demolished it it never came back
