BB are aware of this as I passed the information over for players the other day. They are working on it.

All players were advised on the home page DO NOT do MCC ventures and BB would update when they were not broken.
The advice is take screenshots, Send a ticket and cancel the venture.

If you have verified your email so you can post on here again and then yes you should be able to send tickets the normal way too without having to log out :)
