According to German forums, this could be caused if your Ubisoft account is not verified, so you should check your maiboxl or send mail again through the forums My Profile section.

If its not responding, let it be - it can take a while, but it is working while freezing. If Play button doesnt work, check your antivirus settings - its possible the game client has been silently...
This needs to be posted on the top of this thread, in Bug thread and also on the homepage - apparently not even all forum folks look here.

Not sure if that is relevant to this error, but you might try to turn your anitivirus off, then try to login, and if it works with antivirus off, it means it is blocking your traffic from the client...
So far it seems like it wont be postponed and will start on Monday, but they are considering ideas of having "2nd round" or prolonging it too....
While our BB will likely not appear before Monday, German BBs came alive and are posting some info and solutions (you will have to use translators if interested)

Is the client opening and trying to load the game at least? If thats the message, it could be still working - took me 15 minutes to load the game in the client, while it was mostly "not responding"....
Until Unity is implemented, yes, we are most likely out of the game (unless you upgrade the OS). If they are not willing to quickly fix the issue for far more Mac users, it's unlikely they will do it...

Unity probably can, but they didnt bother writing a separate standalone client for us... Guess that means a break until Unity comes (if ever).
Not even all "Winblows" users can play - 32-bit systems are not supported and even many with 64-bit are facing numerous problems :)
