The observatory issue is not an intermittent one and should be an easy fix if you know where to look!
I don't understand why the observatory issue needs to be investigated.....It DOES NOT work for the quartermaster generals for ALL players.

Prior to the fix: The travel time for quartermaster claus was reduced, but went into an relanding loop upon arrival. Relanding loop was also introduced for the regular quartemasters; do not recall...

I think you need to be level 46 to buy the gemstone quest.
200 pop per water castle level. max. level for the water castle is 15. With pvp level at 3, your water castle is still level 1.
BB really needs to expand the PVP portion of the game. would like to see an option to actively defend your colony or maybe guild colonies. Adding new expansion zones, new quests, new adventures, .......
