Same issue, the survey popped up once i started the game and i exited out of it now it wont come back up...

I chose not to do they survey at the time because i knew it was a bug and I wanted to...

never mind issue fixed itself after a few hours. total time that the bug effected me = 4 hours

Every time I attempt to build a building some random icon pops up in my queue and forces the building to restart. I have tried clearing the queue, restarting my browser and clearing cache and cookies...
