After the March 27th hotfix, Chrome still does not load the game. It got further on the test server than hours of attempts today.

I noticed this problem too. Used to be able to click on someone again and it would pop up higher.
If you click on a name in chat that is near the bottom, it can be too low to access the menu there...

I tried the test server.
It got past the brown progress bar and about a third up the graphic progress bar.
I suspect if I had more time I might get it to finish loading, but it is really slow...

The hotfix broke my ability to play using Chrome, but I was able to finish loading the game with Edge.
It took over an hour, reloading as it got stuck, but finally finished loading. Now it loads...

Chrome made an update that inactivates background tabs to free up memory.
Go to Chrome's settings/performance to exclude the game's tab from gettng stopped.

If they do that, unlike the window for sending Generals, it needs to sort correctly and consistently.
