Like many times, seems like BB doesn't want me to spend my money and gems..
and Support, despite me contacting them twice, doesn't help either..

I never bought the Delicious Treat bundle.. and...

And not to mention, several reports of accidental gem spending (guild quest etc), which BB has neither fixed, nor reverts (either)..
So looks like BB just wants to be lazy about reverting...

Agreed.. I pay and paid gems to buy explorers.. Even recently, bought those joyous bundles.. just for additional explorers..

But it lasts for whole 30 hours... Only 100 gems per hour..
